The Project Connect 2011 event was held on Thursday, October 13 from 9AM to 3:30PM at Hargraves Community Center in Chapel Hill. The 2012 event date has not been set yet.
2011 Schedule: 7:30 AM - Committee Leaders Arrive 8:00 AM - Service Providers Arrive 8:30 AM- Welcome to Vols & Service Providers 9:00 AM - Services Begin 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM - Lunch 3:30 PM - Event Ends (Clean Up Crew Begins)

Service Providers: All service providers will have tables & chairs provided for them in the gym, please bring your materials directly there and set-up, then join us in the Community Center before services begin. For a map of where your table will be, please see the Hargraves Gym Event Map above.
Volunteers: When you arrive to the event, please stop at the Volunteer Check-In Table first. The table is located directly outside the main Community Center, under the tent. See the Site Map above.
