The Project Connect 2011 event was held on Thursday, October 13 from 9AM to 3:30PM at Hargraves Community Center in Chapel Hill. The 2012 event date has not been set yet.
2011 Schedule: 7:30 AM - Committee Leaders Arrive 8:00 AM - Service Providers Arrive 8:30 AM- Welcome to Vols & Service Providers 9:00 AM - Services Begin 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM - Lunch 3:30 PM - Event Ends (Clean Up Crew Begins)

Site Map - (PDF)- This map shows an overview of the whole Hargraves campus. It includes where parking is available around the event. Parking is very limited though, plese see the DIRECTIONS tab for more information on public transportation options to the event or
Service Providers: All service providers will have tables & chairs provided for them in the gym, please bring your materials directly there and set-up, then join us in the Community Center before services begin. For a map of where your table will be, please see the Hargraves Gym Event Map above.
Volunteers: When you arrive to the event, please stop at the Volunteer Check-In Table first. The table is located directly outside the main Community Center, under the tent. See the Site Map above.
