When you arrive at the event, please enter at the front door of the Hargraves Community Center. You will be welcomed by an Intake Volunteer that will assist you with determing what services you need, answer any questions you may have, and will assist you with filling out preliminary paperwork.

Please bring any documentation you may need in order to receive these services, including identification card, drivers license, proof of income, list of medications, or proof of residency. If you have questions about what to bring, please contact Jamie Rohe at jrohe@co.orange.nc.us or 245-2496.
